What is Tai Chi ?
Many people often think of Tai Chi as an exercise practised by the elderly in the park. Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient form of Taoist exercise and self defence system. It is based on the principles of Yin & Yang to provide a healthy balance of the body and mind. It can be used as a method for relaxation, self defence or to improve an overall sense of well-being. It is suitable for people of all ages and levels. It can be practised indoors or outdoors and requires little or no special equipment
